The movie was released in 2010 and features an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu, Shreyas Talpade, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and others.
The story revolves around two rival gangs led by Pritam (Mithun Chakraborty) and Madhav (Arshad Warsi). Pritam and Madhav are childhood friends turned enemies. Pritam owns a beachside café called "Golmaal" and is struggling to keep his business afloat. Madhav, on the other hand, owns a water sports club and is doing well.
Both Pritam and Madhav have their own group of misfit friends. Pritam's gang includes Gopal (Ajay Devgn), Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor), and Laxman (Kunal Khemu), while Madhav's gang consists of Laxman 1 (Shreyas Talpade) and Daboo (Kareena Kapoor Khan). The two gangs are constantly at odds with each other and engage in hilarious pranks and antics.
Things take a turn when Pritam's estranged daughter, Geeta (Mithun Chakraborty's real-life daughter Nidhi Chakraborty), shows up at the beachside café. Geeta is a tomboyish girl who loves boxing and doesn't get along with her father. She joins Pritam's gang and adds to the chaos.
As the story progresses, it is revealed that Pritam and Madhav were once business partners who had a falling out due to a misunderstanding. Their enmity escalates when Geeta falls in love with Madhav's brother, Laxman 1. This leads to a series of comedic situations and misunderstandings.
Amidst the chaos, the two gangs must come together to save Pritam's café from being demolished by a local builder. They devise a plan and execute it with their unique style, leading to a grand finale filled with laughter, action, and fun.
